Leadership Rhea began as part of the Governors 3-Star program. After several years without a Leadership Rhea class, the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador program took on the task of reviving this important leadership tool. Designed to prepare Community Leaders, Leadership Rhea is now in its 6th year under the DCOC Ambassador program. 

Leadership Rhea is composed of representatives from all walks of life in our community: Industry; Education; Services; Government; Non-Profit Organizations; etc. 

 

Many of the community leaders of today are graduates of the nine-month program, that takes place every other year, August through April. Anyone seeking education on all phases of our community should not miss the opportunity to enroll!
